Following the unfortunate event at the city hall few Weeks back that ended in Shebesh getting slapped by the Governor in the tussle.
The incident ignited series of reactions from various parties including Shebesh's husband who condemned the governor for his actions.
Several feminist lobby groups including a county council resolutions have been pushing for the withdrawal of the governor from the office.
On the fateful day of the event,both parties reported cases to the police stations where they were issued with P3 forms. Shebesh reported to the parliament police station and Kidero to the cental police.
The CID respondents from the central police indicate that Kidero,presented a case of suffering injuries from the incident and followed by a total of 10 witnesses who testified to his case.
Shebesh also presented 7 witnesses to support her case.
After concluding their investigations,the CID have compiled their reports finding both liable and recommending the public prosecutor to open prosecution cases for both the parties.
Kidero has already owned up and apologised to the women's representative and on the other hand Sonko has been arbitrating for a consensus between the two and possible broker an outside courts resolve into this.
