More and more revelations continues to trickle in from different sources on as to what really happened into the last minutes of the attack and the fate of supposedly still trapped hostages.
The president on Tuesday when making the sealing statement on the three days siege announced that about 6 militias had been killed by gunfire inside the house including 61 other civilians.
He revealed that bodies or people were still trapped inside the building which had three of its floors collapse.
Question in many of Kenyans and world minds is what really transpired in the last minutes to the end of the siege and the fate of trapped hostages.
Red cross records had projected that about 60 people were missing.
Al Shabaab officials have come out to give what might be the glimpse on what really transpired in the last minutes of the attack.
In a subscribed email report to selected journalists since all the twitter accounts have been suspended.
The officials claims they held hostage 137 people inside the building contradicting the figures availed by the red cross and police.
The Al Shabaab claims the army officers fired "chemical projectors" into the portion where the attackers and hostages were held killing everyone.
According to the Al Shabaab, the government then decided to blow up the building and brought down several floors to "hide and clear their mess"
Wether the claims are true or false the events prior are suspicious. At one point the government in their periodic pressers said they were in control before a black smoke and eventually caving in of three floors occurred.
In their parting shot the Al Shabaab claims the Kenyan government should be held liable for the loss of lives.
Retrieving of bodies continues at the mall withgovernment insisting on the 61 death toll figure.
But truth couldn't be far from the nose.
My friend,,,I'm not a govt sympathizer but the fact is the truth was most likely a warzone in a contained space,,,,too horrific for most too digest, Did you ever see pics of death scene in that stato massacre of the kids...no...and with good reason. Reports indicate that it was a horror story in there...terrorists killed hostages. Don't fall for the terrorist propaganda!!!
ReplyDeleteI like your comment.
DeleteSo u read alshabaab twitter account and you go ahead and copy paste it here.....u are a grade A tabloid but this is not needed now when families are still looking for their loved ones...
ReplyDeletei pity ua sentiments....so where will they find those people if the truth is not told, ua thinking is casual
DeleteAs you look for juicy stories to report, think of what went on in that building, and efforts of the government to take control of the situation. nobody clearly knows what really happened, apart from those involved. as you mindlessly spread alshabaab propaganda and fall for their lies, take a critical thought of the possibilities of a dead terrorist giving an account of what the government did and did no do.
ReplyDeletewhat tha...if realy thats true y wud they lie n yet tha families micn their relaz wl jst kam out 2 lok 4 them...a jst send ma condflence
ReplyDeleteAnd u believe what tha al shabaab say? Dont be so cheap.
ReplyDeleteLets wait n see if the unaccounted for bodies are going to be traced dead or alive then we can make sound judgement, no speculations.
ReplyDeleteI believe the govt is trying to shield us from the truth....trust me...you cannot handle the actual events that transpired.
ReplyDeleteYou are damn cheap in believing what the attackers have to post!Or else we should pursue your activities, you clearly seem to be one of them leave alone having enough info.Your days are numbered!!!
ReplyDeleteso very true, this bloggers is so sick
Deletethe Al-shabaab claims its militants escaped..if the govt threw chemical components to kill everyone you wanna tell me those fuckers were superhuman and then again, if they had escaped earlier who told them chemical components were used..if the govt used chemical components, so many soldiers wouldn't have sustained injuries or died
ReplyDeletehow did alshabab know what the govt did on the inside when they say evryone was killed??who told them.the ghosts of their fellow mujahideen?doesnt make sense
ReplyDeleteI believe this story, it's obvious after kdf soldiers were seen carrying in explosives. Govt cannot tell us the hostages had been released only to have the President say many bodies were trapped inside along with those of the 5 terrorists who were killed. Where did the rest go and how did the office of the interior know exactly how many hostages the attackers had so as to know they'd all been rescued ?
ReplyDeletein ths case i dnt blv any1.bt wat i knw is dat hostage died.
ReplyDeleteThe govt agencies are toying with our brains.i also believe that story.the whole episode stinks conspiracy
ReplyDeleteWe can't blv in this demons called alshababs,if they didn't come to kill our innocent bros n sisters our armies would b busy somewhere else now they want us to blame our gava, shame on them we won't if they are men enough let them go to war with our soldiers who are armed not killing innocent unarmed people including children n pregnant women, cowards cowards shame on u God Will finish u He Will fight for us.as for you journalists pls don't rely on any of their info a persons who kills can they tell the truth?alamma ya duku duku
ReplyDeleteIts a shame the government figures of casualties rnt adding up too. I think someone is hiding the truth here
ReplyDeleteSo the Alshabab gunmen died of the chemical stuff and ressurected again to see the Govt blowing up the building and later reported this thing to their leaders b4 dying again? dont report crap pliz.
ReplyDeleteEither gov't or Al shabaab is true..... we cant confirm whoz right, bt I highly doubt da latter
ReplyDeletedead men tell no tales. period
ReplyDeleteThe truth will come out one way or the other
ReplyDeleteIt might be true, how can you explain 3 floors collapsing. In fact remember the minister's "mattress burning statement". The truth always has a way of coming out. Ukweli utafichuka siku moja. Anyway RIP to all the victims.
ReplyDeleteEven as we try to be united and strong for each other i think the government did not win in this one.If they had triumphed, the hostages would have been saved and the terrorists killed or captured. Let's face it Al-Shabaab won this one.Very sad ,but true.
ReplyDeleteI totally disagree with you on this! This evil maniacs did not win! Are you forgetting more than 1000 lives were saved by our brave men and women in uniform? What about the thousands of Kenyans who turned out in big numbers to give blood in different parts of the country? Al-shabaab or whatever you want to call them failed miserably in their attempt to cause terrror! That's a fact!
DeleteDo not believe whatever you hear, whether from the government or Al Shabaab. Keep vigil, that is all.
