Exposed: IRRESPONSIBLE Bloggers Attempts To Reveal The IDENTITY Of ICC Witness 326

Prosecution witness 536 was allegedly exposed and her identity revealed to the internet through alarmist blogs in Kenya but as it would later turn out,the information was misinformed and the lady whose pictures were on rotation as the witness came out to the public hence nullifying the prior reports.

The court through the judges panel sent out a strong warning especially to bloggers who were seen to be on the fore front and playing role in exposing the identities of the witnesses who are put under the witness protection act.

Arrests warnings for further violations and attempts to reveal the identities of witnesses were issued. However it seems like no lesson was learnt.

The second on the prosecution witnesses dock is 326 who has managed to remain anonymous through the past week despite various attempts to reveal.

One of the leading blogs in Kenya daily post and other struggling blogs today moulded a story and in the posts allegedly exposed and posted the pictures of witness 326

According to those reports,Anthony Oyugi is the prosecution witness 326 and that he had been paid millions to rope Ruto in his testimony at the Hague, apparently according to the reports on daily post,Oyugi is a member of bunge la wananchi and a campaign strategist for ODM in the contested 2007 general elections.

Nairobi Exposed following the reports, contacted Oyugi who is a law student at the University of Nairobi and has been vocal, leading the CORD social media team from the front.

The surprised Antony tells NE "daily post is a cheap and desperate blog that is out to get their viewers counts at any cost,Antony Oyugi is not an icc witness and has never been,as you can see i'm not in the Hague,im in Kenya and at my place Tena estate in Nairobi and if anyone needs to find me then you can go ahead and invite."

He expresses his disgust on the negligence and mediocrity on some of the bloggers,he is contemplating on suing the bloggers and is requesting the ICC to drop a bomb on such ill mannered bloggers.
