Gor Mahia fans are finding themselves on the chopping end of the media as they finally quench their 18 years trophy thirst. As the Giniwasekao celebrations continues to take toll, the media seems not to share the excitement.
Cartoonist Gado slammed at the club's fans calling them hooligans and KTN has hit them on the wound again. Below is the article currently causing outrage amongst the followers as it's deemed to be in the wrong taste.

Gor Mahia will win Kenya Premier League title and perhaps the GOtv Shield, but they will not
win the respect of Kenyans.
This is because of their unruly fans who continue to spoil the good name of soccer and behave as if they are above the law. Well, it is in
the news; the fans attacked Sony Sugar players, specifically goalkeeper Wycliffe Kasaya.
Allegedly Kasaya’s sin, just imagine, was to save a penalty of one of Gor Mahia’s players during their match
in the GOtv Shield games. It is despicable.
No amount of words can condemn those Gor fans that violence runs in their genes. Come on! Goons, what is the work of a goalkeeper?
To allow opponents soak his team
with goals? The unruly Gor Mahia’s fans certainly belong to the World War I era.
Yet when you think about it, perhaps the fans’ actions are motivated by the fact that football
authorities are always reluctant to take action on the team and them.
As usual, Football Kenya Federation boss Sam Nyamweya promised ‘tough action’, but take it from For the Love of the Game; it is safe to bet that nothing will happen.
The federation always treats the team with kid gloves. It was therefore no surprise that they
hastily awarded them free points for their match against Sony that was abandoned— over
fracas.
Gor can be mighty, but its fans should be reminded that without discipline, they will take
the club nowhere.
very true they r animals.
