The venomous professor is yet again back and spitting his words with no breaks just a few hours after the AU leaders resolved to give him and other ICC indicts like Bashir immunity and advising him to shun away from attending his case slotted for November,Makau came out guns blazing.
The resolution by the ICC opened wider the probabilities that the president would skip his attendance to the ICC. Taking with evident rage the law dean throws shots at the president;
"Let me warn Uhuru Kenyatta -- don't listen to fools around you. Go to ICC for your trial or risk arrest and global isolation.
The AU ultimatum to bring ICC cases back to Kenya doesn't even pass "laugh test." Ahmednasir must be advising AU! AU set Kenyatta up to be slapped with arrest warrant if he absconds ICC trial.
He'd be foolish to listen to club of dictators. If Kenyatta refuses to stand trial at ICC, then why should any Kenyan charged with a crime in a Kenyan court show up for trial?
Kenyatta's attack on ICC and West is hypocritical. He's an oppressor who'll destroy Kenya" Says Makau Mutua.

Very Very,if Uhuru cant accept summons frm international criminal court,then i think Even Kenyan who is summoned by any of our court should decline,futhermore Uhuru has set Ruto,why did he advice to go Hague then when it comes to his turn he changes tune?even during the presidential debate he promised the electorates that he will take the ICC cases as a persona l level,he lied to the imbecile,naive Kenyaa who elected him,Shame on them.

ReplyDeleteMy simple query is, was this Mutua person or whoever here in Kenya during post violence elections? or is he acting and talking... talking and shouting aimlessly to destroy others reputation/names/lives? You don't talk on behalf of your people outside the ream like a non-tamed pet.. you come home talk then you leave for the better. For me he does not justify anything anyway,...lack of wisdom.... forgive me.... but that is what it is. However, i would urge our President to go to Hague and prove his innocence for the world to know that he is clean...and shame his enemies...
