As Kenyans are still trying to come into terms as to what purpose that the self declared anti-ICC "Pan African" is serving in Kenya,NE exclusively revealed that Matsanga who is a fugitive in Kenya enjoys state security with a government car and two GSU officers attached to him Now another shocker emerges.
Murmurs are buzzing from the diplomatic corridors with the news leaked by a snitch to NE that the demand was placed on Friday last week,"this is ridiculous,someone is here taking us for a ride,while its still unclear as to how he qualifies to be awarded the two security details yet he is not a senior government official,now he demands for more?" Poses the source talking to NE on anonymity agreement.
"We don't know who he is working for but I think the tax payers are obligated to what happens behind here,its a dirty business." He finishes.
Dr.Matsanga in his demand claims his stand on ICC might not get well with some people making him a gullible attack target. Ironically,the Uganda fugitive in previous interviews has been bragging how fearless he is and ready to go poor or sell all his clothes protecting Uhuru from ICC but from the new developments,the reality tells otherwise.
Should he awarded the extra security details to to 4 and better yet should he be given state security in the first place given that he is neither a diplomat nor a government's officer but just s fugitive.
