They harass passengers, charge exhorbitantly and play louder music than a night club does. They respond to client complaints with indifference and insults and have complete disregard for the barest modicum of agony and inconvenience that they cause other road users. Pure BS. Your driver was in the wrong. The sooner you admit the better since future accidents of a similar nature will be avoided. I just do not understand how you compete with a train honestly. Tell your drivers to sober up and stop trying to justify their foolosh actions.
