Kenyans According To MUTUTHO Will Have To Pay Police If You Are To Hold House Party

When Uhuru rebuked his appointment as NACADA chairman, many people let out sigh of relief, some even held eviction party for Mututho. Weeks later the parliament approved his appointment and he was back to the docket breathing fire and promised endless whipping on drinkers and drugs users.

Barely two weeks,Mututho has released his arsenals and it couldn't have come at a better time according to him. Now listen,if you want to hold a small party for any reason at your house, then you have to pay sh.1000 at the nearest police station to obtain a licence permitting the party to go on,that's not all,if you defy the order a fine of between sh.30,000 and sh.100,000 awaits you.

“Even if you will be sitting under a tree in your home village, that licence will be mandatory and you therefore must notify
the police,” said Mr Mututho. And so you know, the regulations apply to all the 47 counties in Kenya. Coming at the festive season when many people opt to hold in house parties with families and friends,Mututho wouldn't have come at a better time.

Recently the culture of house parties has been on the rise and the new law will most obviously affect many. Now to a simple calculation, many people especially the youths with minimal income organises a bash with minimal budget, cheap liquor then Mututho wants to hijack Sh.1000 of that little money, fun spoiler? Brace yourself for it.

That's not the end Mututho has established that people disguise alcohol with soft drinks,to that effect, there is a task force that will conduct impromptu search on motorists carrying water and soft drinks to check if they are carrying alcohol.

Not done yet,all wines and spirits stores be open only from 5pm weekdays and from 2pm weekends. Now in that budget you were having for that bash just add sh.1000 more and don't be surprised if you get stopped in the streets or wherever by a NACADA officer to sniff on your bottle of water or soda just to be sure. Mututho for you.
