This morning the Interior CS Joseph Lenku's convoy was involved in a minor mishap along Koinange street when one of his chase cars was overlapping and hit the car infront from the wrong The incident caused a traffic commotion before it was cleared.
Many top government officials are fond of misusing the power by going against common traffic rules to beat off the ever busy Nairobi traffic.
