Looking for a job is an everyday business that keeps recurring. In the line of this,alot gets to happen to both the jobseeker and the employers,so in this particular case which took place early this week,a job interview turned out to be a drama fest and chips funga den for those who understand. A job vacancy for HR receptionist was advertised and as expected ladies showed up to express their desire,they trickled in with big envelopes stuffed with certificates and credentials but later as they were soon to find out,it was baseless to carry the certs. One lady who was amongst the interviewees revealed to Nairobi Exposed the drama and behind scenes of what really went on inside.
"we were many girls there more than ten I think,so as usual your name is called out and you go in the interviewing room,people walked out with varying faces so you couldreally never tell what's going on after all in an interview you either walk out happy or disappointed since its more than certain to tell the outcome by your performance and presentation in the room" She goes on to reveal what happened to her when it was her turn to face the interviewers,to her surprise it was just but one interviewer,"he simply said it pointblank that if you want the job,show the boss some love,he pushed aside the papers on his desk telling me to get on and bendover,shameless man,I refused his demands telling him I didn't know if that's the way to get the job" After refusing to give in to his demands,she was ordered out of the office and as he puts it,if you don't need the job,let those who are serious take it up. Facts later emerged that those who gave in to his monkey business were issued immediately with respective job position badges and walked away smiling.
There was a moment of drama when one of the interviewees tried to push herself through to lodge a case with the management on the uncouth behaviour of the HR but she was quickly whisked away by the stone faced security guards,apparently they knew about the whole ordeal. Further enquiries reveals that you had to first pass through the perverted HR then after you "pass" the test,you are given a form,the guards who all this time are at the interview room door,will usher you to another room where they issue you with a job badge and just like that you have a job,but to those who didn't give in,you are shown the gate. The HR is simply described as a short Luhya man.

I was in jacaranda last year up to November, the HR and the assistant HR, are both female,

Actually those ladies in HR are very strict and not eye appealing,
Let's say they are heavy in weight Lol,
