The man with two names is back and this time he isn't writing any books or holding pressers to fire shots at former PM but in the courts corridors. NE has learnt and established that Miguna is suing NMG for letting his work leak into the internet,a suit that could see him make a straight cool sh.3b. Miguna had given NMG serialization rights of his book "peeling back the mask" on an agreement,if you remember well prior to the controversial book's release earlier last year,nation ran exclusive preview of the book giving excerpts and all that.
It's emerging that Miguna had given the NMG his book on a pdf form through a USB flash disk,he particularly gave it to Joseph Odindo an editor with the group. As you may remember,the book in it's pdf form found its way into the internet and people downloaded it for free,this miguna argues cost him a fortune as many people opted to download it on the free pdf form other than buying the book which retailed at sh.3000. He is accusing NMG and Odindo for having a hand in leaking the book in its pdf form into the internet.
