ICC Rejects UHURU KENYATTA Request To Skip Sessions

Deputy President William Ruto had tabled a request to the courts to allow him fly back home with requests on attending to the terror tragedy,luckily he was awarded.

His Co accused Uhuru Kenyatta through his lawyers lodged a request to the courts for a postponement of his from the due date of November to next year January.

In his request he asked the courts to allow him attend his sessions through video links and also that he should be allowed to be attending the Hague sessions periodically to allow him attend to national duty.

The court today gave it's ruling and denied him the request. The case will continue as scheduled in November and will be expected to appear physically
