Kidero becomes the first governor amongst the rest to have a fully customised number plates with the GV initials for Governor and 47 as the county code for Nairobi.
Customised number plates according to recent traffic rules fetches a whooping sh.1m and recently revised to sh.2m to have a personal customised number plate.
