Assassination Attempt Made On Blogger ROBERT ALAI By Politicians Hired Goons

He describes himself as voice of the voiceless,aknos every Kenyan online knows of one Robert Alai a controversial figure who doesn't take himself as one but a messenger of truth.

With an online impression of above 90m weekly,Alai is one of the most outstanding figures in Kenyan digital sphere. Court cases has been haunting him day in and out from people who supposedly felt "insulted,abused" by his postings. Safaricom,Kimemia,William Oduol are just but a few names of people who have taken Alai to court for either his tweets or blog posts that went against them.

In his nature he critics many figures and in this line,he recently rubbed the wrong shoulder,though he doesn't reveal the real names behind,Alai stated that a group of hired assassins raided his rural home with intentions of eliminating him,allegedly it was a politician he had previously criticised on his online posts " Assassins have been sent to my rural home to look for me. Seems like county leaders who fear criticism now want to intimidate me." Tweeted Alai.

But it looks like that wasn't the first attempt on his life,his activism has inflicted pain to him from the powerful men and as he reveals,things have been too bloody for him in the past few months "4 months ago they broke my fingers. Then last month they cut my ears. Now they have come with guns. That's Kenyan politicians."

Life of a rebel in a nutshell,looks like the politicians are not taking criticism lightly and Alai is baring the pain,paying the price for saying and standing by the "truth"
