An illiterate MCA in Kericho lost kshs 300,000 to his own employees who deceived him into signing a check that had Kshs 30000 written in numerals but Kshs 300,000 in words.
When he saw thirty thousand in numbers, he readily signed the check because he couldn't read 300,000 written in words.The female employees decided to con him because he hasn't been paying them well and on time, even as he overworks them.
