However much they might deny it Willy Paul the 2013 and previous consecutive years groove awards male Gospel of the year winner and 2014's Bahati Singer famed for Mama, the two are not in so good terms.

Recently, their rivalry became open at the Tribeka club in Nairobi where they were both staged to perform at the weekly show hosted by Willy M Tuva. Willy Paul nearly punched Bahati in the face.

According to a shocked reveler who had access to the VIP lounge, the argument was Willy being petty and feeling superior than Bahati, "they had an argument on who should go on stage first, it was Willy Paul who was meant to perform first followed by DK then Bahati but Willy wasn't buying that he said he's the most superior and that the two should perform ahead of him in what simply meant Bahati n DK curtain raises for him" said a reveler speaking to Nairobi Exposed.

Bahati on his end insisted he's the biggest thing now and that there was no way he was performing ahead of Willy Paul whom he termed zilizopendwa. A verbal exchange then ensued in what bloomed into a near physical fight between Bahati and Willy Paul it took the intervention of Willy Tuva to separate the two.

Since his return from the US not only did he come back with an accent but a new attitude as well. Willy Paul Msafi
