A group of Mombasa based pastors over the weekend released what is yet the most controversial statement. During the burial of their own, they demanded for the government to be armed with heavy weaponry like AK-47 to protect themselves.
This came after close to 4 pastors have been assassinated by unknown assailants in Mombasa in what is described as an orchestrated plan to finish the christianity influence and revenge at the coastal region.
A redeemed gospel church pastor a week back was murdered in cold blood,he was trailed to the church where he was alone praying and then shot dead inside the church at s close range.
The pastor had.earlier on revealed the hatched plans to kill him citing threats from a section of Muslim youths in Mombasa who said they'll kill him as a revenge to the murdered Sheikhs by unknown gunmen, true to the word they murdered him.
The same redeemed gospel church had been torched by rioting Muslim youths in Mombasa all in the name of revenge mission of the murder of their clergymen. Instigating a religious war.
The increasing incidences of such cold blood murders has prompted the fraternity to stand up and air their grievances.
The pastors are demanding the government to arm them with AK 47 which the gunmen seem to posses for their own protection, the churches' properties, and the believers' protection as well,so says the men of good.
Kepha Omae one of the pastors says the church has Pushed to the corner and can't be pushed any further, "we will take on the enemy by it's horn, christianity should not be seen as helpless, attacked without reacting,we are prepared to give them taste of their own medicine.
Should the pastors be allowed to ger armed with AK 47 rifles? If they did what possible scenarios are we set to witness
