Kenyans leading comic act Daniel Ndambuki popularly known as Churchill has come under fierce criticism after being busted using one underground comedian's hilarious piece without duly giving credits to him. Artistically this is robbery with violence.

Below are screenshots showing sections from the contested post Churchill made on his Facebook. You can read the full piece here

He was quickly busted by the original author himself What followed was hammering from his fans who clearly weren't amused:

Lencer Lencer: churchill first you copypasted #collins Thinktank without acknowledging him now you are doing the same to # okubichaya whats wrong with you,you dont copypaste others creativity then claim to have 'BUMPED' into it tel us from who?!!! ICHIENI!

Joyce Adhiambo Oderoh Oteko: copy pasting atleast acknowledge the owner of the source Okubichaya Kakauchayani

Cynthia Damora: Yes this belongs 2 Okubuchaya kakauchayani! # stolen sema hivyo Mwesh Love churchil de copy paster

But in a bid to salvage the situation and save his face,he tried to downplay it and gave an excuse This is not the first time Churchill has been exposed for exploiting young talents. Its said that many talented comedians turns out every week for a chance to be featured on the show but get turned away but their pieces during auditions are bitten. Same way on Facebook at one point Churchill and his comedians were accused of stalking social networks and stealing items from users on the weekly show.
