This just but part of a strategised campaign to Kenya against having a child like mentality of doung things and instead act responsibly. The police here are depicted as having diaper or childishmentaloty,taking bribes from matatus and sleeping around not putting into considerations the dangwrs of having on the road a wreck bus ferrying pedestrians which at the end results in fataloties which could have easily been prevented by not taking bribe.photos courtesy.
