On Tuesday, there was a nationwide students demonstrations protesting against move by the government to increase the University 's fees.

As usual, the peaceful demos turned violent and 'students ' Were captured on tape robbing from motorists who were caught up in the mess. Waiyaki way bordering the University of Nairobi was a beehive of actions from police battles to daylight thuggery.
