After the unfortunate event last week in Kwale where the former PM was attacked at a CORD rally in what was largely blamed on security lapse from his guards, there seem to have been a total overhaul as witnessed yesterday in Kangemi where he had gone for a rally in Westlands constituency.
His security looked all beefed up with a bunch of men in suits giving him a presidential suite guard. They manned the crowd and gave the PM a rare
