After making sensational claims that there was a plan by east African heads namely Uhuru,Museveni,Kiir and Kagame to assassinate his Brother Raila Odinga,the nominated MP had promised to record a statement anywhere as he exuded confidence of having substantial evidence to back his claims.
On Wednesday accompanied by CORD MPs and legal mind senators like Orengo,Dr.Oburu headed to the Nairobi police CID headquarters to record his statement.
However, he was turned away and denied recording any statement, instead he was directed to go back and record the statement at the police station in Bondi where he first made the pronouncement. A move that has been read by those who accompanied him as arrogant and a powerful statement from the police that they don't care and have better things to do.
