" these words are carefully chosen to not only report the incident but MAJORLY to ridicule and make fun out it. 
 
Kenyan media clearly went into a celebratory mode hiding in the name od reporting Citizen even disrupted normal functions to transmit Obadiah live from the field. The reporter who seemed to have broken the news first, he even goes ahead to give advice on how the Pm's security should ,the mood in his choice of words totally celebratory. To him it was so bad it amounted into beatings, wow.

Area public health officer Oliver Walutila said there is need to increase milk production in Butere “so that fathers can leave mothers’ milk to their children”. 
 
"In a scenario where men compete with their children to breastfeed, the children end up being malnourished,” he said. 
 
Walutila said that mothers in Butere breastfeed their children on one breast and spare the other for their husbands. 
 
There's a myth that BUTERE men holds that they believe consuming breast milk and sulking out increases their power in bed and brings good luck to them.

How exactly do they work? 
 
They typically offer a victim a share of a large consignment of banknotes that have been stained black .The scammer then demonstrates how the notes can be recovered by cleaning a few with a "special chemical". The chemical quickly removes the black stain and a clean bank note is revealed. 
 
He then explains to the victim that it was the only sample of the chemical he/they had, and that the victim needs to buy more to clean the notes. He may at this stage introduce a second contact who can supposedly supply the chemicals in the quantities required – At a price. 
 
What he does not explain is that the trunk box full of black money is only cut-up black craft paper, not money at all. The victim will then be persuaded to pay more and more for nonexistent or useless chemicals. What's surprising/intriguing is that they still get customers/victims regularly.

A spat between two leaders marred celebrations to mark the third Mara Day presided over by Deputy President William Ruto and attended by dignitaries from Kenya and Tanzania. 
 
Bomet Governor Isaac Rutto clashed with National Assembly majority leader Adan Duale and had to be prevailed upon by Narok Governor Samuel Tunai and Narok County Commissioner Farah Kassim during the function at Maasai Mara University, Narok town. 
 
Rutto was physically prevented from confronting Duale having been infuriated by his dismissal of the calls for referendum telling Rutto ‘hii pesa sio ya mama yako’ (this money does not belong to your mother). 
 
“Governor Rutto, you must appear before the senate for questioning about the Sh184 million. You can run all over the country calling for the referendum but you must account for the money you get from national government,” said Duale. 
 
Rutto stood up pointing his finger at Duale but was prevailed upon by Tunai and Kassim to sit down. 
 
Deputy President William Ruto apologized for the confrontation when he rose to speak. 
 
“Our friends from Tanzania, we apologise for what has happened here. We are very peaceful people here in Kenya,” said the DP. 
 
Ruto dismissed calls for the referendum by governors and Cord saying, “Their agenda is not about the push for more money but politics aimed at destabilizing Jubilee’s drive to implement it’s manifesto.” 
 
“They have a political agenda and they should just say that so that we can also roll up our sleeves and politick because we are also up to the task,” he added. 
 
Ruto reminded the governors in apparent reference to the Bomet governor to stop lecturing the government on devolution. 
 
“We don’t need lectures on what the constitution provides, we devolved county functions in one year instead of three. Some governors are constructing roads while others are busy making noise. We should call a spade a spade and not a big spoon and tell the people the truth,” said the DP. 
 
He said governors should be sincere on their push for referendum and should stop making threats to the government.
